Synergy Real Estate Group

Synergy Real Estate Group came together in 2019 as a collaboration between two agents with long track records of individual success, Matt Buschman and Peter-James (PJ) Lucente, with the goal of delivering an elevated real estate experience to all of their clients. With over 45 years of combined experience, Synergy strives to provide an unmatched real estate experience for their clients.

We had the opportunity to work with Matt and PJ as individual agents, and they once again chose Real Estate Solution when it came time to develop their new real estate team branding and website. We started by developing a complete real estate brand for Synergy, including logo, yard signs, business cards, postcards, and more. Their real estate brand was created to represent them as a modern, dynamic team to potential clients, and to help them stand out in the competitive Windsor-Essex real estate market.

With their brand set, we designed and developed a custom real estate website for Synergy. This website was created to their specific team requirements, including sections for exclusive listings, new developments, real estate market information and resources, videos, and more. Their website was designed around their new brand, giving them a consistent look in everything that represents them as a real estate team.
