As a top agent at her brokerage, Susan walks her clients through the entire process of buying and selling real estate, including finding the exact property they’re looking for and helping them with what they need after the sale. She is also experienced and insightful when it comes to new home builds, helping clients sell their existing homes and getting them into their newly constructed dream house from Liovas Homes.
To help Susan stand out in the competitive local real estate market, we started by creating a unique real estate brand for her. This brand was designed to not only be consistent across everything that represents her real estate business, but also to complement her existing Liovas Homes brand. Her real estate brand also includes design for yard signs, social media graphics, business cards and more. With her brand established, we then designed and developed a custom real estate website for Susan centred around her messages and information about new home builds.
